Program Structure: I understand that my purchase includes services outlined in the Foundations, Elite, or High School Junior Track package, as described on the Accepted. sales page.
Payment & Refunds: I understand that all purchases are non-refundable after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Payment reserves my spot and allows onboarding to begin.
Scheduling & Attendance: I agree to schedule sessions within the coach’s available hours. The coach will do their best to accommodate requests, but rescheduled or canceled sessions may be forfeited if rescheduling isn’t possible.
Communication: I understand that messages will be responded to within 24–48 business hours, and that this program does not include texting, emergency support, or same-day academic help.
Technology & Access: I am responsible for maintaining access to program platforms (Kajabi, Google Drive, Simply.Coach). If I experience technical difficulties with Simply.Coach, I will contact their tech support directly.
Confidentiality: Personal information shared in coaching will remain confidential, within ethical and legal limits. Teens' privacy will be respected while ensuring appropriate parent communication.
Participation: I understand that the success of this program depends on my (or my teen’s) engagement. No specific college admissions outcomes are promised or guaranteed.
